Thermaltake's RoHS Compliance Status
Update – 03-01-2006 Long before the European Union passed directives regarding Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment ("WEEE") and Restrictions on Hazardous Substances ("RoHS"), Thermaltake has already been hard at work on making sure that all products, manufacturing process as well as our supplier complies with the strict guidelines provided. To fully comply with the directive of RoHS, eletrical and eletronic products must meets maximum concentration leve of the following six hazardous substances, lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), hexavalent chromium (or chromium VI)(Cr6+), polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE). At Thermaltake, we recognize that the enviornment protection is one of the most important tasks on hand. We are pleased to announce that as of March 1 st, 2006, all Thermaltake products manufactured are fully WEEE & RoHS Compliant. |
