On the Enlight touch panel when you load the windows all the cable must be connected to the motherboard and the touch panel. if you don't have the cable connected the windows will not see of de-tech the device on the system. And later when you install the cable and the software for the touch panel it will not work, even if the driver is loaded the windows will not detect the touch panel and you can not get it to works. SKU# 30093 for this Enlight Touch panel.
Here is how all the cables should have been pre-connected already in the system.
After the windows has loaded in the "Device Manager" look at the "Mice and other pointing device", you will see that the Elo Serial Touch monitor Interface is loaded on to this location. Under the USB controllers you will see the "Standard OpenHCD USB Host Controller" is loaded, it is part of the Elo drivers.

The Elo Touch panel Properties will look like this after you have loaded the Elo drivers. you should see this Green check mark on it. if you don't then it will be a RED one and it will say that there is no Touch panel connected to the system.
When you load the Touch panel drivers fallow these screen shoot and you should have not problems with the software being loaded to the system.
